Description
Harness the power of your voice to heal and be whole
Most people speak with their voices every day but few have paid attention to the impact, positive or negative, of the way they sound on others, and on themselves. Let alone realizing the healing power in their voices.
Voice is power. Unfortunately, most people have disregarded the power of the human voice and see voice only as a tool to conveying information. Even worse, most people are getting lazy even opening their mouth to use their voice. They either look down at their phones and don’t speak, or use abbreviations if they have to speak.
You could heal your past wounds and restore your body to its wholeness just by changing the way you sound, your voice. You could raise the vibration of not only yours but also those around you just by raising your awareness of the way you use your voice. You were the center of the ripples, creating an impact bigger than yourself just by attuning to the sound of your voice. That’s what you’ll find out and learn in this session
Note: Workshop dates are a month apart to allow participants an opportunity to practise and review before workshop conclusion.

Description
"The human voice is the organ of the soul," said Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Our voice is not just a tool to convey information. It reflects everything about you, your past, present and potential. Listen to your voice and you'll hear the wisdom deep within you, showing you the pathway to remove the blockages, heal your wounds and become your spiritual self.
This workshop uses a unique and innovative perspective in understanding Enneagram on a deeper level, looking at the relationship between the human voice and Enneagram and uncovering the spiritual self through uncovering the true voice in each type. This has never been done in the Enneagram history.

What is Kundalini Yoga and how does the Gong bath enhance its effects? What benefits can be derived from this practice?
Join Amelia as she speaks with Pamela Akasha Kaur on the values behind the practice of Kundalini Yoga and the Gong and how it can change lives.
Pamela is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, KRI Certified Conscious Pregnancy Instructor, Gong Practitioner, Mandala Dance Practitioner – The Alchemy of Dance and Certified Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. In 2007, Pamela attended the first Kundalini Woman’s training camp in Malaysia. She was greatly inspired by the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and what it means to be a woman-the sensitivity, grace, power and nobility that we can manifest simply by virtue of being born a woman. Her life changed forever. That was when she started teacher training under KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) as Taught by Yogi Bhajan. Now a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher she believes that a woman is the embodiment of God’s creative power Shakti. And every woman has that divine power in her own being, waiting to be recognised. Passionate in sharing her knowledge and love for Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, she now teaches in Singapore and Thailand. She tells her student that, in the same way it takes pressure on a piece of coal to make it into a diamond, without the pressure, the pain and the challenges you can;t really go to the next level. “It has been many times that my teacher put me through challenges, and I always learned how to overcome my own negative mind.” “As a Kundalini Yoga teacher I teach with enthusiasm and humour. I hope to inspire and uplift students. I believe in Healing beyond medicine. We all have it in us to be strong and healthy. The way to achieve this is by taking responsibility for our own physical and mental health. We can develop more consciousness through working with yoga, meditation and dance. The capacity for self-regulation is what allows us to handle our own states of arousal and our difficult emotions. Our intrinsic ability to evoke a sense of being safely “at home” within ourselves, at home where goodness resides.

It is important to start your morning on a positive note as it sets the tone for the rest of your day. If you get up in a rush and jump right into your chores, you are likely to feel ungrounded and end up doing a lot of unnecessary things, resulting in increased chances of feeling fatigued and overwhelmed.

The pioneer of Ambient music, glam rocker, producer, technological innovator and multimedia artist Brian Eno released this generative track in 2017.
Possibly his quietest, most deep and thoughtful pieces to date. It encompasses spatial vibrations and oscillations, encouraging listeners to take moments of “internal conversations”; taking pause , a breath, in their awareness of thoughts anytime of the day and anywhere.
This is one of the many sound therapy albums created by Dr Jeffrey Thompson, founder of Center for Neuroacoustic Research in Carlsbad , California, world’s premier sound healing researcher, musician, composer, physician, educator and author.
Composed and embedding different patterns of brainwave states through layers of acoustic frequencies into the music composition, ‘Awakened Mind’ serves to deepen meditation and access greater insight and intuition.
David Gibson, scholar in the field of sound healing and therapy, founder of Globe Sound and Consciousness Institute in San Francisco is renowned as a recording engineer, educator and producer who’s life mission is to bring Sound and Energy Healing into the mainstream.
As described on soundhealingcenter.com about this track,
“We focused our intentions consistently on the energy of All Hearts Connected in Divine, Spiritual, and Unconditional Love!!! As you listen, just imagine all hearts on the planet connected in divine love. This is a very powerful intention when you really connect to it. And most importantly, when you entrain into this deep frequency of all hearts connected, you help bring it into existence. The more people are in this frequency, the easier it is for everyone else to join in!
